In its fifth year, Schwab’s Pro Bono Challenge is a skills-based flash consulting event where Schwab employees apply their talents and expertise to support local nonprofit organizations in building capacity to serve the community. This year, the initiative reaches new scale, spanning across nine regions and engaging nearly 400 employee volunteers and 68 nonprofits, while delivering $500k+ in value! It’s the one of the largest annual skilled days of service, according to the Stanford Social Innovation Review.* Schwab volunteers will address nonprofit challenges across a variety of functional areas, with the greatest demand in Client Relations, Technology and Marketing. Here are just a few of the nonprofit organizations we’re excited to help this year:

  • 11 Boys & Girls Clubs

  • 3 Junior Achievement chapters

  • 2 Habitat for Humanity chapters
